On November 1, 2025, Dominik Nieser officially joined the management board, taking on the role of COO (Chief Operating Officer). In this role, Mr. Nieser will be responsible for the data services, administration, and human resources divisions. He will also work with the current CEO, Stefan Nieser, to shape the strategic development of tec4U-Solutions GmbH and will be fully involved in the management of the company.

This significant structural development within the management board represents an important milestone for the future direction and performance of our company.

Background and objectives of the expansion

Dominik Nieser’s skills and experience

The 30-year-old business economist (M.A. Management and Leadership) and marketing communications specialist has many years of experience and proven expertise in the areas of data services, administration, and human resources management. Prior to his appointment as managing director, Dominik Nieser had already been with tec4U-Solutions GmbH for over eight years, most recentlyas head of services and authorized signatory.

Through his previous work within our company, he is very familiar with both our operational processes and strategically relevant issues. His analytical strength, strong organizational skills, and ability to implement complex tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner make him a valuable addition to our management board.

By joining the management board, Mr. Nieser will make a significant contribution to
