Application Receipt and Review
Thank you for your interest in our company! We have successfully received your application, and our HR team will carefully review it.
Please make sure that the documents you have submitted are complete and provide us with all the relevant information. This includes your cover letter, CV and references. This will help us get a clear first impression of who you are as a person.
In-Person Interview
Your application has caught our attention and we would like to find out more about you. We would therefore be pleased to invite you to our company for an in-person interview. We look forward to getting to know you better and giving you an initial insight into our company and what we do.
Trial Work Day
If we feel that you are a good fit for the role, both professionally and personally, we will invite you to a trial work period, giving both you and us the opportunity to get to know each other better. Throughout the trial period, your personal mentor will be there to offer guidance and support and introduce you to your potential future responsibilities.
Afterwards, we will contact you by phone as soon as possible to let you know whether we can offer you the position you applied for.
Onboarding
Congratulations! We are pleased to welcome you to the tec4U-Solutions team.
Over the next six months, your mentor will provide you with guidance and support as you settle into your new role. Through a range of internal training sessions, you will also gain the theoretical knowledge and practical tools you need to build your skills and support you in your day-to-day work in the long term.
Together with you, our goal is to make the world more sustainable and to stand up for the protection of people and the environment.
